Couples Therapy

Helping you to see out testing times together

A lot of things put stress on our relationships. Whether its because extended lockdowns where we've spent more time in each other's company or financial difficulties or other matters, couples face a myriad of challenges. Sometimes communication breaks down between long term partners for unknown reasons.

Fortunately we can help you open up about each others challenges and build that bridge where you will once again find each other and contentment in your relationship.

Integrating Awareness

4 week course (2hrs per week)

This is a structured course designed to teach you how to build a mindfulness practice into your life. What is mindfulness - how to meditate - day to day mindfulness - being aware under any circumstance are just a few aspects we will be covering on this course. At the end of this course you would have developed all the required skills and tools to progress on your own.

Learn to Meditate

2 hour group workshop

If you are new to meditation and want to learn where to start or if you are already practicing meditation and want to consolidate your understanding, this workshop is ideal for you. Participants will be introduced to several types of meditation techniques and taught how to incorporate meditation into their daily lives. At the end of this workshop, you will walk away with a tailor-made meditation plan for yourself.
