We take a holistic view of your mental health based on Mindfulness based Counselling, Collaboration, Meditation & Knowledge Sharing.


We believe that building awareness of one’s own actions, words and thoughts is the key to living a more purposeful life. We understand that each individual faces a unique set of life challenges and building the skills required to overcome those challenges must be done through a collaborative process.

Mindfulness

With its roots in ancient Buddhism, mindfulness is the one-pointed quality of our awareness that is helps us see things as they truly are. Building awareness of the ‘here & now’ is the only way to understand our mind and body.  The non-judgemental nature of mindfulness provides clarity when making difficult decisions and life choices.

Counselling

We offer confidential and professional counselling services for children aged 5-12, teenagers, youth & adults. Consultations can be tailor-made for individual, couple or family requirements. We also offer small group counselling sessions that creates a safe and comfortable environment to meet regularly to discuss, interact and explore strategies to tackle day-to-day problems.

Collaboration

Open & honest dialogue creates opportunities for self-improvement. Our approach encourages ongoing feedback, evaluation and communication to identify new possibilities and ideas. Use our one-on-one sessions to tailor a solution for your mental wellbeing.

Meditation

Meditation plays a vital role in improving mental wellbeing. It helps your mind to calm down, relax and focus better. It provides the atmosphere for the maturation of mindfulness and deepening of our wisdom. Meditation has proven to effectively reduce stress and anxiety levels.  It also promotes the healing of the mind and body.
